Terms of use

Age and drinking

• You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal drinking age where you play, to use Pub Golf.
• Nobody has to drink. Strokes can be taken with non-alcoholic drinks, and you can skip any challenge or game.
• Drink responsibly, look after each other, follow the venues' rules and never drive after drinking. You are responsible for what you drink and do.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself. You can delete your account at any time in your profile.

Content and behaviour

You're responsible for what you post: names, chat messages, photos, challenges and games. Don't post anything that is:

• offensive, hateful, sexual or violent,
• harassment or bullying of anyone,
• someone else's photo or personal details without their permission,
• illegal, dangerous or spam.

Moderation

Anyone can report content or block other users. We review reports and may remove content, and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. A suspended account is signed out and can't sign in; your scores stay in other players' rounds. Contact us if you think a suspension is wrong, or to have the account deleted.

Organisers

Organisers decide how their rounds are run and are responsible for the stops, challenges and games they add. Pro features may be offered on separate terms.

The service

Pub Golf is in beta and provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or end features. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for what happens during a round.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Swedish law applies.
